Yes. Access to a user’s email can be delegated to others and in Mailsafe terms, this is called the ‘Alias’ feature. It is mostly used in the case of when a user is absent or if somebody leaves your organisation and the leaver’s emails need to be accessed by another employee. The Alias feature was originally designed for the Director/Secretary type relationship where the Secretary can access the Director’s emails from the archive. |
